Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and tools to manufacture buffing pads according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure pads meet required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production techniques and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
