Job Summary:
As a Fragrance Advisor at VR BENGALURU Branch, you will play a key role in perfume sampling and guiding customers in their fragrance selection. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and personalized shopping experience while educating customers about our exclusive fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and introduce them to Palette.In’s range of perfumes.
- Conduct perfume sampling using blotters, helping customers explore different scent profiles.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
- Maintain an inviting and well-organized store display.
- Assist with stock management and ensure product availability.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail, fragrance, or luxury sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fragrances and a keen sense of smell.
- Confidence in conducting perfume sampling and engaging customers.
- Ability to create a personalized shopping experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
