**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop curriculum for coding classes or workshops tailored to different age groups and skill levels, incorporating best practices in computer science education.
- Teach programming languages and concepts such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and algorithms through hands-on projects and interactive activities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore, experiment, and collaborate with their peers.
- Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and examples to help students understand complex coding concepts and problem-solving strategies.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and resilience by encouraging students to debug code, solve coding challenges, and work through programming problems independently.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their coding skills and understanding.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and coding education, and incorporate new tools, languages, and resources into lesson plans to keep curriculum relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and industry professionals to enhance the coding program and create interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, upcoming projects, and events.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to improve teaching skills and stay current on educational trends and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Previous experience teaching coding or computer science to students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of fundamental coding concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire and empower students to pursue careers in STEM fields.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
