Key Responsibilities
- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging coding lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote respect and discipline.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update curriculum plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials for coding and programming courses.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and school objectives.
- Incorporate technology, hands-on projects, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments, projects, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students as needed.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full academic potential.
- Foster a supportive and safe learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with educational trends, developments in computer science, and best teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies.
- **Parental and Community Involvement**:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
- Engage with the community to promote the school's computer science program.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Education or Computer Science is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in coding or computer science is preferred.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
