Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience to develop their skills in sales coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide support to the sales team by handling order processing, generating sales reports, and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle Indiamart account and website inquiries, responding promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and provide necessary support to achieve them.
- Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, materials, and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based work environment.
- 6 working days per week.
- Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is between 10,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
