As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and advertisements, to promote our real estate properties.
- Design layouts and templates for marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and convey key messages effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and leads.
- Edit and enhance video content for YouTube, including property walkthroughs, virtual tours, and promotional videos, using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Optimize video content for YouTube SEO and engagement, including adding captions, annotations, and end screens.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and real estate marketing to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all visual content reflects the company's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and best practices.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs and videos.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and time management skills.
- Own a laptop for work purposes.
