Job Title: Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and clients in the **US** and **UK**, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Adapt communication style and tone based on client region (US or UK), ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected.
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars across different time zones (US and UK) to ensure effective scheduling of meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings, ensuring all materials are available and meetings run smoothly.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel for executives, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel itineraries are streamlined, cost-effective, and meet the executive’s needs.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain filing systems and organizational tools to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Organize and manage virtual or in-person meetings, ensuring all logistics are taken care of (e.g., meeting rooms, technology setup, refreshments).
- Assist with the coordination of company events, conferences, or client-facing events.
- **Cross-Cultural Collaboration**:
- Understand and navigate the cultural and business differences between US and UK clients, tailoring communication style and approach to each region’s preferences.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and different business cultures.
- **Project Support**:
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including tracking progress, preparing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with internal and external communications.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment with clients from both the **US** and **UK**.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts (US and UK). Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and high-level clients.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
- **Tech Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Deep understanding of US and UK business etiquette, communication styles, and work culture differences.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in both English and Kannada.
Location: Bangalore
Pay: ₹13,032.14 - ₹33,574.30 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift
- Weekend availability
