Learn more about why it's an exciting time to join Precisely **Intro and job overview**: **Responsibilities and Duties**: - Verify the accuracy of customer invoices, matching with purchase orders and confirm that the correct GL accounts codes are used. Familiar with treatment of various VAT treatment in Europeon countries. - Ensure proper maintenance of customer billing accounts and records. - Closely work with Business Operation team to manage customer's custom billing plans, future billing and various aspects of billings. - Closely work with AR team in collections. - Monitoring team members productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. - Create and maintain the documented process for customer billings and update the changes required to improve the process. - Ensure month end close process in time and accurately, Customer Aging, Daily cash reporting, Daily customer billings reports. - Follow up with various sources (external - customer, internal - opportunity owners, sales team) for pending information needed for correct customer invoicing. - Ensure timely delivery of information to auditor regarding various revenue documents (customer invoices, payments details etc.) as required by auditors. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Minimum 5 years experience in customer billing. - Atleast 3 years experience in managing a team. - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce/ NetSuite is a mandatory. - Master degree in commerce. - Advance knowledge of Excel.
