Dispatch Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Dispatch Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily loading of materials for sales.
- Ensure that all dispatch activities are carried out efficiently and on time.
- Arrange transportation and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet dispatch requirements.
- **Sales Order Management**:

- Identify and grab sales orders from the market, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
- Accurately create and manage sales orders in the system.
- Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- **Customer Coordination**:

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on sales orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and coordinate with the accounts team to resolve any issues.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to dispatch and delivery.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and sales-related activities.

**Qualifications**:
Graduation Required
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
