Dispatch Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and dependable **Dispatcher** to oversee daily logistics operations, including dispatch scheduling, material packing, delivery, and arranging third-party transportation or personal vehicle when needed. This multi-functional role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on involvement, and the flexibility to support the end-to-end movement of goods.

**Job Title**:Dispatch Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and dispatch delivery personnel or drivers based on daily orders and routes.
- Communicate assignments and updates to staff using dispatch software, phone, or messaging platforms.
- Monitor ongoing deliveries and update relevant teams on status and delays.
- Maintain detailed logs of dispatch activities, routes, and work orders.
- Pack and prepare materials for delivery or shipment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Label parcels correctly and complete all necessary documentation.
- Assist with loading/unloading of goods and maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Personally deliver materials when required, using a company or personal vehicle.
- Ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries while following proper documentation procedures.
- Collect delivery proofs such as customer signatures or digital confirmations.
- Adhere to traffic, safety, and company policies during transport.
- Arrange transportation for deliveries using third-party services such as Rapido, local couriers, auto-rickshaws, freight services, or other available sources.
- Choose the most efficient and cost-effective mode of transport based on order size, urgency, and destination.
- Track and follow up on third-party deliveries to ensure successful completion.
- Build and maintain good relationships with external transport providers for quick response and reliable service.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in dispatch, or delivery roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers, MS Office (Excel, Word), and dispatch/inventory software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
- Familiarity with using third-party delivery apps (e.g., Rapido, Dunzo, Porter, etc.) and local transport services.
- Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
