**Sales Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and attract prospective families.
- Conduct outreach to local communities, organizations, and businesses to promote the school.
- Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and other enrollment-related events.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and local community leaders.
- Address inquiries and provide information to prospective families about school programs, curriculum, and enrollment processes.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment trends and adapt strategies to meet targets.
**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the school’s offerings and brand.
- Develop engaging content for the school’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Design and distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage the school’s online presence, including social media profiles and website updates.
- Coordinate and execute community engagement activities, including events, workshops, and partnerships.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related field.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and the needs of parents seeking pre-primary education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluency in English
- Ability to develop creative marketing materials and content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a school or educational environment is advantageous.
