**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Establishing good relationship with bank's RBO, DSH and Link Branches
- Visit/Coordinate/Attend Meetings at SBI Local head office based out of.
- Appointment of Kiosk operators in allocated URBAN locations of your Area of work.
- Ensuring proper selection of CSP location and kiosk operator with vision of business sustainability.
- Responsible for ensuring completion and submission of documents at the bank's office for opening CSPs.
- Working towards increasing business performance of CSPs
- Achieving Business Targets within time frame as set by RHQ/HQ.\Controlling and monitoring of CSP's to avoid Frauds.
- Any other work, as and when required pertaining Financial inclusion business.

Any Graduate, Post Graduate MBA, should have minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **Financial Inclusion and micro-Markets**. Experience in Business Correspondent.
