**Working Days -** 5
**Front Desk**
- Attending Calls
- Maintaining record of potential franchisee / vendors
- Make the guests feel comfortable
- Directing the visitors/guests to the appropriate person
- Bookings for Travel Plan / Ticket bookings
- Managing Couriers - dispatches and receipt
**Maintaining Office Supplies**
- Maintaining office consumable & Stationery
- Handling Repairing and Maintenance of equipment’s
- Vendor quotation and pricing details collection
- Ensuring Cleanliness and hygiene of the office
- Aligning Meeting and calls
- Pantry Management - Beverages & Eatables
**Recruitment**
- Share JD with placement agencies (10 agencies).
- Follow-up for resumes.
- Get resumes shortlisted.
- Receive Info sheet from placement agency
- Invite them for interviews.
- Have a job progression graph ready before interview time.
- Follow-up for second round if required
- Follow-up for acceptance of offer letter
- Checking on all documents as per offer letter on joining date
**Induction**
- Introduction of New joinee to team members.
- Aligning his training.
**Attendance**
- Day off / Leave / OD record management.
- Monthly attendance sheet to be finalized for salary payouts
- Issuing Monthly Salary Slips
- Preparing & updating employment records
**Exit Process**
- Provide cake cutting on last day
- Giving relieving letter along with F&F letter
**Handling Feedback**
- Checking mails on Customer Feedbacks, Complaints
- Mailing the same to respective CMF, Franchisee and HO Team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
