Job Overview: The Production Executive will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of Zouk’s Content team. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the production process, from pre-production through to post-production. The Production Executive will work closely with internal teams and externally with creative partners and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Coordination:
○ Assist in planning and organizing production schedules.

○ Coordinate with inhouse and external teams to ensure all production needs are met.

○ Manage the logistics of the production process, including location scouting, equipment rental, talent coordination

○ Maintain databases for location, vendors, agencies, freelancers, equipment dealers etc.
- Budget Management:
○ Track expenses and manage cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget.

○ Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Vendor and Resource Management:
○ Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers to secure necessary production resources.

○ Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party service providers.

○ Ensure timely delivery of all production materials and services.
- Scheduling and Timeline Management:
○ Create and manage production schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

○ Coordinate the availability of key personnel, equipment, and locations.

○ Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production goals.
- Communication and Reporting:
○ Serve as the main point of contact for all production-related inquiries.

○ Prepare and distribute regular status reports to key stakeholders.

○ Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project flow.
- Post-Production Support:
○ Oversee the transition of projects from production to post-production.

○ Coordinate with editors, sound designers, and other post-production team members to ensure timely delivery of final products.

○ Manage the archiving and storage of all production assets.
- Quality Control:
○ Ensure that all production outputs meet the company’s creative and technical standards.

○ Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to maintain quality and consistency.

○ Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 yrs of experience in production coordination or a similar role in the media/entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a production setting.
