**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements (Factories Act, BOCW Act, IS codes, MOEF guidelines, etc.).
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identifications with effective follow-up for corrective actions.
- Carry out daily tool-box talks, safety inductions for new workers, and periodic safety training for all levels of site personnel.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and monitor contractor safety performance.
- Maintain statutory documentation such as safety registers, incident reports, inspection checklists, and compliance records.
- Assist in risk assessments and preparation of method statements for high-risk activities (height work, lifting operations, excavation, etc.).
- Lead or assist in accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project-specific EHS requirements.
- Liaise with client safety teams, consultants, and authorities as needed for audits and inspections.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering with an
- **Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety**:

- (Recognized by MSBTE or equivalent board).
- **Experience**:
**5-8 years of hands-on EHS experience** in **civil construction projects**, especially residential or high-rise buildings.
- **Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of civil site hazards and mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with national and state-level HSE legislation and construction codes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to handle on-site emergencies and safety drill
- **Work Environment & Conditions**:

- **Project location: Mumbai (site-based role)**
- 6 days/week site operations
- Extended hours may be required based on project stage or emergencies**Salary Range**:
**₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month** (based on experience and qualifications)
