‘Corporate Salary’ business vertical is a part of ‘Retail Liabilities’ division of the Consumer Bank segment. The Kotak Salary Account program provides a comprehensive product suite to cater to the financial needs of the salaried individual.

The segment offers to its customer the entire range of banking products available within the consumer bank and of course works closely across all businesses of the Kotak Group. The sales team primarily comprises of Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Corporate Relationship Managers Territory Managers & Location Managers.
- Will be responsible for location business targets for core, value & cross sell.
- Will have to work on defined Large Corporate Accounts for penetration and achieve business goals.
- Personally get involved in the acquisition of Sr Mgmt/Mid Mgmt accounts within an empaneled corporate
- Adhere to KYC / Quality and regulatory norms and approved processes as per company policy.
- Maintaining Cordial relations with internal / external Customer / departments.
- Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies.
- Ensure team is meeting SOP on monthly basis

Should ensure corporate account profitability by maintaining salary upload percentage above 90% at all times
- Should be self starter / high on energy.
- Focussed to drive both volume & Value target for the location
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Passion for Corporate / senior level engagement
- Should be preferably post graduate
- 15 to 20 years of work experience of which atleast 10 years experience in Corporate Sales
