**Enterprise Account Executive** Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM **Summary** We seek a highly motivated and driven **Enterprise Account Executive** - (**Sales) **to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative software solution to convenience stores in the United States. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the US. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. - Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate new accounts. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to potential customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience. - Accurately forecast and report sales activity, pipeline, and revenue to management on a regular basis. - Stay informed of industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies. **Requirements**: - **Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Product Sales**: - Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the US market. - Answer questions about products and services or the company. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative. - Experience using sales tools and technology such as CRM, web conferencing, and virtual presentations. - Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. - Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. - Experience building a Sales process from Scratch - Able to generate leads from various sources using Conventional and Non-Conventional Methods. - **Fluency in Hindi and English** **Nice to Have**: - Understanding of the convenience store market in the US and the technology needs of this industry. - Fluency in Gujarati. - Previous experience in seeling SAAS products in Retail Industry
