**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Radiation Safety Program**: Develop and implement the Radiation Protection Program, ensuring full compliance with AERB standards.
- **Monitoring & Compliance**: Conduct regular surveys, monitor radiation levels, and ensure equipment meets safety standards.
- **Training**: Educate staff on radiation safety, conduct training sessions, and maintain a high level of awareness within the team.
- **Incident Management**: Investigate radiation incidents, implement corrective measures, and maintain records as per AERB guidelines.
- **Equipment Oversight**: Oversee calibration, maintenance, and documentation for all radiation-emitting equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physics, Radiology, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
- **Certification**: AERB-approved Radiation Safety Officer certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in radiation safety within healthcare, research, or industrial sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with AERB guidelines and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with radiation survey tools, dosimetry, and monitoring techniques.
- Strong communication and training skills.
