**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1.
- Assist in managing pay-per-click campaigns.
- Target: Drive a minimum of 400 qualified leads per month through Google Ads.

2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads):

- Help design assets, set up and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Target: Achieve 8%-10% click-through rate (CTR)
- Target: Reach 15% open rate and 3% click rate per campaign.

4. SEO - On-page & Off-page Optimization:
Perform keyword research, optimize content, and build backlinks.

Target: Improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic by 25%.

5. Video Recording & Editing:

- Assist in researching, writing engaging and relevant scripts, and creating and editing promotional videos for campaigns.
- Target: Produce 12 high-quality videos per month with at least 1000 views each.

6. Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Target: Create and post 10 unique content pieces weekly.

7. Social Media Management:

- Manage day-to-day activities and community engagement.
- Target: Increase follower base by 15% per month and maintain a 90% response rate to inquiries.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
