Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform positioning.
User Acquisition: Implement digital and traditional campaigns to boost leads and sales.
Brand Management: Ensure a cohesive brand voice and adapt to market shifts.
Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, social media, and content strategies for unified digital outreach.
Marketing Automation: Utilize CRM and automation tools for personalized, efficient campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance to drive improvements.
Budgeting: Allocate and forecast resources to maximize ROI.
Product Marketing: Define target markets and craft messaging for successful product launches.
Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing marketing team
Event Strategy: Plan and execute events to engage and educate
customers.
Vendor Management: Oversee third-party providers to optimize
marketing outcomes.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools to improve performance
and shorten cycles.
Risk & PR Management: Manage public relations and address issues to
safeguard brand reputation.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in marketing with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role. Proven experience in scaling brands and managing
successful marketing campaigns.
Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry is preferred, along with
an understanding of emerging marketing trends and digital transformation.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and project
management skills.
Analytical Ability: Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decisionmaking, market analysis, and measuring marketing ROI.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
