Responsible for handling end to end recruitment for our clients in the US.

Need 1+ years of experience on healthcare clients.

Must be Proficient in placing Travel Nurses in India, UK, US or across countries.

Must be able to build a strong relationship with Nurses and place them on different clients.

Excellent sourcing and screening skills in healthcare.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into placements.

**Preferred skills**:
Must have minimum 1 year of experience hiring Nurses or Non clinical healthcare roles

Good be well verse with healthcare terminologies.

Good previous performance track record

Must be a team player and must possess a positive attitude.

Competent to work under pressure in a metrics driven and fast paced environment.

Good at reactive and proactive recruitment.
