The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates—specifically podiatrists—for international placements .The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sourcing healthcare professionals through both B2C (direct candidate outreach) and B2B (collaboration with local agencies, institutions, and associations) channels. The role requires strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills to engage effectively with candidates and partner organizations.The recruiter will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline and ensuring the timely delivery of qualified professionals to meet project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified podiatrists and related healthcare professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, job portals, and referrals .Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and medical associations in South Africa.Conduct initial screening calls , evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and assess interest and availability.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from outreach to interview scheduling and follow-up.Maintain accurate and updated records in Google Sheets and Zoho CRMCollaborate with internal team members to understand project needs and hiring timelines.Support the preparation of reports and weekly updates on recruitment progress.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and sourcing best practices .Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and building a strong international recruitment network.Required Skills and Competencies:Proven experience in international healthcare recruitment , with a strong preference for candidates who already have a database of podiatrists or existing connections with agencies that source podiatrists .Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and social media recruitment .Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of international hiring processes and cultural nuances.Ability to work independently , manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Skilled in using Google Sheets, Zoho CRMExcellent attention to detail and professional work ethics.Contact - :-
