Outbound Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate and build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present OG Web Solutions’ offerings and demonstrate how our services can address clients' specific requirements.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and company offerings.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of IT solutions, web development, digital marketing, and related technologies.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; experience with lead generation and sales tracking platforms is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
