**Responsibilities**:

- ** Architectural Design**: Design and architect Salesforce solutions leveraging OMNI Studio capabilities to address complex business requirements in the financial domain.
- ** Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development.
- ** Solution Implementation**: Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration, utilizing OMNI Studio functionalities.
- ** Requirements Analysis**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges in Salesforce implementations and devise mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions developed using OMNI Studio.
- ** Documentation**: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides, to support implementation and maintenance activities.
- ** Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce solutions developed, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on architecture and design.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce OMNI Studio, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of the financial domain, including knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Agile Accelerator is a plus.
