Holiday Residency, Coimbatore, is seeking self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives for employment. Selling and coordinating events to meet and exceed revenue goals through event sales, acquiring new clients, and growing current hotel accounts with a profitable win-win selling approach. This is a selling and coordinating position for weddings and corporate events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Selling hotel & event space for weddings, meetings, events and accommodations.
- Focusing on revenue-producing wedding sales and new business sales efforts to target and solicit companies most probable to generate new business through creative sales efforts utilizing the hotels existing extensive vendor network, mapping potential clients, industry associations & networking. Includes but is not limited to taking sales inquiries, follow-up on leads, generating new leads.
- Utilize social media and marketing tools to establish and connect with brides and key decision-makers, gain strategic insights and creatively promote the brand.
- Actively selling through, but not limited to, sales calls, target marketing, and property tours.
- Maintain constant communication with the hotel’s key corporate accounts and build relationships with all new and existing hotel accounts.
- Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open communication with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the hotel
- Show initiative in helping to improve processes for all sales and events.
- Performs other duties as appropriate for a successful operation.

- Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
