We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Associate - Sales to join our stock broking house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, and building strong, long-term relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, networking, cold calls, and marketing campaigns. Present and explain the stock broking services, investment products, and financial solutions offered by the organization. Convert leads into clients while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines. 2. Sales & Promotion of Financial Products Promote investment products such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, IPOs, derivatives, and portfolio management services. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and potential returns to clients. Upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize revenue. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Provide personalized guidance and regular updates on portfolio performance. 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation for client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and account opening. Adhere to SEBI and organizational regulations while promoting and selling financial products. Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure ethical sales practices. 5. Market Research & Reporting Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to management on client requirements, market demand, and potential growth areas. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. 6. Performance & Target Achievement Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brokerage house. Monitor progress, identify gaps, and strategize to meet revenue and acquisition goals. Participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to generate leads. Skills and Competencies Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Sales aptitude with a focus on target achievement and revenue growth. Knowledge of financial products, stock markets, and investment strategies. Presentation skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
