**Job Summary**:
Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts, layouts, and illustrations. Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for projects. Execute design tasks such as image editing, typography, and layout adjustments. Support the design team in various stages of project development. Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail while adhering to brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Site study & design brief development.
- Space planning in compliance with statutory norms/building codes (incl. Design analysis, area statements, block/stack diagrams)
- Scheme design development (incl. Material charts/mood boards / 3d visuals), coordination & integration of MEP schematics, and budgetary estimates.
- Detail design development, GFC / coordinated drawings.
- Tender documentation (incl. GCC / SCC, tender drawings, specifications, list of makes, BOQ, schedule of finishes, etc.)
- Procurement event schedule, resolution of tender queries, review of technical/commercial bids & recommendations.
- Periodic site progress review, design coordination, validation of variation claims, review/approval of vendor submittals, response to RFI's, assess design compliance, witness testing & commissioning.
- Identification of snag list & de-sagging, certification of project handover documents.
- Hand Sketching Skills and Lead / well Accreditation will be a plus.
- Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a reputed Institute.
- Proven experience in commercial office Fit-out design (for Consultancy / Design +Build projects)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Experience with AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP is necessary.
