**Key Responsibilities**:
Definition and building of OneLab Activities for Analytical Development
Business Analysis of current analytical processes, methods, and SOPs
Definition of S88 Process Recipe and parameters in Excel, in collaboration with Master Data team.
Recipe Building in OneLab Compose
Recipe Validation in JIRA Xray

**Qualification required**:
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years of lab experience in analytical chemistry is a must.
Sound understanding of standard analytical techniques and processes is essential
Lab process understanding is a must.
Excellent knowledge of English is a must as this role would require regular interfacing with Global teams
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Simple programming skills (e.g., writing codes in Excel) would be advantageous.
Exposure to S88 recipe management would be an asset.
Good Business Analysis skills
Basic principles of data science would be an advantage.
Experience in setting up data warehouses or data lakes, or have seen visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Rshiny, or have been involved in data statistics/modeling would be an added advantage.
Should be a quick learner and result-oriented.
Should be Efficient, flexible, and dynamic
