**Job Summary**:
The part-time **Youth Connect Executive** will support outreach campaigns across various PCMC locations to engage and mobilize youth, community members, and government and non-government stakeholders for lighthouse centers. This role includes creative planning, location identification, and team coordination to further the project mission. The Fellow can select one of two shifts: 9 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 9 PM, each offering distinct community activities as detailed below.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate campaign timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure timely launches.
- Assist in organizing on-ground events and activities for campaign initiatives.
- Organize the community events to promote campaigns and build stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to gather inquiries for Lighthouse centers.
- Coordinate outreach activities, including street plays and VR presentations, in at least two communities each month.
- Distribute posters, door stickers, and manage photobooths and registration QR codes for community outreach.
- Support the identification of local venues for job drives, awareness campaigns, health check-ups, scholarship camps, and social protection schemes.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Document success stories and testimonials through photos and videos for promotional use.

Additionally, each fellow must enroll **15-20 youth** in various courses at Lighthouse centers monthly and identify youth, community leaders, and parents for Lighthouse Tours.

- **Other Requirements**: Creative thinker, with a passion for youth empowerment and social impact.
