We are seeking a detail-oriented **US Account Associate** to assist in managing client accounts and support various accounting functions. This role involves collaborating with clients, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and maintaining compliance with US accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and data entry
- Communicate regularly with clients to gather financial information, answer questions, and provide updates on account status
- Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial transactions as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation for client accounts
- Keep updated with US accounting principles and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience with US accounting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client accounts
