Travel Executive

Job Description:
As a Tour and Travel Company Representative, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will be responsible for handling various aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and organizing tour packages. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about travel destinations, itineraries, and available services. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

**Travel Planning**: Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries based on their preferences, budgets, and any specific requirements. Make recommendations for attractions, activities, and accommodations. Coordinate and book flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

**Tour Package Development**: Collaborate with the tour operations team to develop attractive and well-organized tour packages. Research and select destinations, design itineraries, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors. Ensure that tour packages meet client expectations and adhere to company standards.

**Documentation and Administration**:Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments using a computerized reservation system. Prepare travel documents such as itineraries, tickets, vouchers, and invoices. Process payments and manage financial transactions in compliance with company policies.

**Relationship Building**:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and changes in travel regulations. Attend travel industry events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to enhance product knowledge and network with potential clients and partners.

**Crisis Management**: Handle unforeseen situations and emergencies, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes in travel plans. Provide prompt assistance and alternative solutions to ensure mínimal disruption to clients' travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**: Prior experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer service or sales role, is highly desirable. Experience with travel reservation systems and tour operation software is an asset.

**Knowledge and Skills**:Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computerized reservation systems and travel booking platforms.
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

**Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as travel demands may require.
