Key Responsibilities:

- In-Process Inspection: Conduct quality checks at various stages of garment production (cutting, stitching, finishing) to identify defects and ensure adherence to production standards.
- Final Inspection: Perform final quality inspections of completed garments to ensure they meet customer specifications and international quality standards.
- Measurement and Fit: Verify garment measurements and fit according to client requirements, ensuring precision in sizing and finishing.
- Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify defects or inconsistencies in production and collaborate with the production team to rectify issues before the garments move to the next stage.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, including defects identified and corrective actions taken. Prepare daily and weekly quality reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all garments comply with quality regulations and client-specific requirements, including any applicable sustainability or compliance standards.
- Training: Assist in training sewing operators and other staff on quality standards and best practices to maintain consistent product quality.
- Quality Standards Development: Work closely with the Quality Manager to develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients or auditors during on-site inspections and provide detailed feedback on the quality control process.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of garment construction, stitching techniques, and fabric types.
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs and measurement specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in identifying quality issues.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
