Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols, dosage forms, and safety standards.
- Conduct medication reconciliation to prevent adverse drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication regimens and contribute to multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
- Provide drug information and respond to inquiries from healthcare staff, patients, and their families.
- Counsel patients on the proper use, potential side effects, and storage of prescribed medications.
- Offer guidance on over-the-counter medications and supplements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication use and safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor medication inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy workflow.

**Requirements**:

- 1.Diploma and bachelor of pharmacy.
2.State licensure as a registered pharmacist.
3.Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
4.Familiarity with Hospital information system and Marg software.
5.Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Basic computer: 1 year (preferred)
