**Duties and Responsibilities**
A. Administrative Duties
Scheduling meetings, appointments and maintaining calendars
Organizing and maintaining files and records (physical and digital)
B. Clerical and Documentation
Typing, formatting and proofreading official documents and reports
Preparing minutes of meetings and distributing them to relevant parties
Filing and retrieving corporate documents and records
C. Supporting Functions
Assisting Managers and Executives or departments with various tasks.
Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
Coordinating with other departments or external contracts
D. Communication & Coordination
Acting as a liaison between departments or between the office and clients
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Greetings and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
**Educational Qualifications**
**Graduate or Diploma in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration or Office Management.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good typing speed
- Knowledge of filing systems, office equipment's and basic book keeping is advantageous.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
