**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients in the travel and tourism industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide customized travel solutions based on client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India to meet and engage with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel industry or B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored travel solutions.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and client relationship management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and travel booking systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
