**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce order dispatch systems and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with GRNs, stock reconciliation, and inventory software (ERP/WMS preferred).
- Ability to lead a team and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Manage order fulfillment processes across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process and coordinate inbound shipments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Generate inventory and dispatch reports; analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth inbound/outbound flow.
