- Program Management and Delivery responsibility of a large-scale global Source to Pay (S2P) business transformation initiative.
- Lead in planning, to the minute detail, and delivery of in-scope activities across four (4) leading workstreams:

- Source to Pay (R2P) ?Global? process design, development, and testing (WS-PD)
- Global supplier enablement and supplier content enablement framework design and development (WS-SE)
- Global S2P business transformation Change Management framework design and development (WS-CM)
- S2P related Master and Transaction data interface design, development, testing, cut-over, and go-live (WS-MD)
- Actively managing /guiding a set of Project Managers to deliver in-scope activities across the above mentioned workstreams.
- Lead in Design, Development, Deployment, and Maintenance of key Project Management deliverables:

- Resources /Budget
- Status Reporting /Governance
- Risk Register
- Success Metrics
- Communications
- Lead in managing all aspects of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):

- Requirements Capturing
- Design functional and technical
- Development
- Testing
- Cut over
- Go-live
- Hand-over
