- In this role you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the Coupa systems which is the key platform behind our Source to Pay process. Day to day management will include leading the S2P operations team, making sure team is meeting all critical service levels and reaching daily operational deliverables. Also includes troubleshooting business issues related with Coupa such as user profile issues, data integration issues, interface issues. The role will also be responsible for strategic work, partnering with business procurement operations team and functional leadership team to make transformative changes to the process and system. A key skill set will be the ability to take Procure to Pay process concepts and end states and bring them to life within the platform._
- Responsibilities:_
- _Create Global /Regional bids folder in SharePoint/Teams per standard file structure_
- _Basic market research - supplier identification, global footprint, etc._
- _Prepare and publish updates to event scope loaded in the RFX Tool_
- _Survey Regional/Metro Coverage and available capacity to support RFx requirements, collect and analyze data of new suppliers)_
- _Data analysis and interpretation (Executive summaries, etc.)_
- _Creation, tracking and updating of documents and communication logs._
- _Track SLAs and KPIs for supplier performance monitoring_
- Qualification we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualification_
- _Any Graduate_
- Preferred Skill Set_
- _This person will need to have both strong technical and systems skills while also having an analytical/process driven mind._
- _Strong in interpersonal skills to frontend the business customers_
- _Experience with Coupa systems and process Certification on Coupa platform will be an advantage_
- _Technical degree from the accredited college / university_
