**Salary**: ₹80,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

**Job Summary**

The Principal is responsible for the holistic management, administration, and academic leadership of the school. This includes ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, cultivating a high-achieving school environment, and encouraging collaboration among staff, students, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Administration**
- Lead the strategic direction and mission of the school.
- Ensure seamless daily operations in compliance with CBSE norms.
- Supervise budget planning and financial management.

**2. Academic Oversight**
- Drive academic excellence and curriculum implementation aligned with CBSE standards.
- Monitor teaching methodologies and student assessments.
- Promote innovation in education and assessment.

**3. Staff Development**
- Recruit, train, and lead both teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular evaluations and offer professional development opportunities.

**4. Student Welfare**
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment.
- Implement student development programs, including extracurriculars and counseling.
- Address behavioral issues with fairness and policy alignment.

**5. Parent & Community Engagement**
- Strengthen school-community ties through regular interaction.
- Facilitate parent-teacher meetings and public events.
- Liaise with educational authorities and other external stakeholders.

**6. Policy & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and governmental education mandates.
- Maintain accurate documentation for academics, finance, and student records.
