**Job Title: Principal - Success International School**
**Location**: Taloja Phase 1 Navi Mumbai
**Reports To**: Board of Trustees / School Management Committee

**Job Summary**

Success International School is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Principal to lead our institution towards academic excellence, financial sustainability, and community impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Leadership & Strategic Direction**
- Provide visionary leadership to uphold the school’s mission, values, and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic standards, operational efficiency, and institutional reputation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance school culture.

**2. Team Management & Staff Development**
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality teaching and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular professional development programs to enhance faculty skills and teaching methodologies.
- Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

**3. Academic Excellence & Student Success**
- Ensure the delivery of a rigorous and engaging curriculum that meets international standards.
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to implement targeted improvement strategies.
- Promote holistic student development through extracurricular activities, leadership programs, and character education.

**4. Fundraising & Financial Sustainability**
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure donations, grants, and sponsorships for the school trust.
- Build strong relationships with donors, alumni, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning to ensure optimal resource allocation for school programs and infrastructure.

**5. Community Engagement & Charity Initiatives**
- Strengthen partnerships with parents, local communities, and educational stakeholders.
- Lead social responsibility programs, scholarships, and outreach initiatives to support underprivileged students.
- Represent the school at public events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal or Senior Administrator in an international school setting.
- Proven success in improving student academic outcomes and institutional growth.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams towards shared goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
