**Role & Responsibilities**
- Work with **headmasters, teachers, students (Grades 1-8), and parents/community** (25% focus each).
- Teach **spoken English** (secondary level), conduct remedial classes, and use LMS/tech tools for learning.
- Support teachers with pedagogy, classroom practices, workshops, and mindset change.
- Observe sessions, identify gaps, and build **Professional Learning Communities** across schools.
- Maintain reports, data, and attend reviews/meetings.
- Engage with parents & community through workshops and awareness sessions.
- Assist in **School Development Plans (SDP)** and participate in training/self-learning.
- **Education**: D.Ed/B.Ed/M.Ed + Graduate/Postgraduate.
- **Experience**: 5+ years teaching.
- **Age**: 28+ years.
- **Languages**: Marathi, English, Hindi.
- **Work Hours**: 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week (2 Saturdays off + Sundays).
- Open to working in **challenging community contexts**.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
