Ø He should ensure that unauthorized abbreviations are not used.
Ø He should pay particular attention to medico-legal cases so that accurate documentary evidence is available whenever demanded.
Ø He should see all documents relating to each patient are securely bound and kept in the folder. The documents will be handled/ pursued only by those authorized to do so.
Ø He should see all patients in his charge daily and examine them as often as necessary. He will accompany the specialty and SRs on their round and ensure that their orders in regard to patients/ department are carried out.
Ø He should ensure that medical documents of discharged patients (include those Records Officer within 24 hours of discharge. Details of cases, which cannot be forwarded within 24 hours giving full reasons, will be intimated to MS and medical records officer.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
