Job Description: Doctor and Dermatologist for Skin, Hair, Dental, and Slimming Clinic

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor and Dermatologist to join our esteemed Skin, Hair, Dental, and Slimming Clinic. As a medical professional in this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dermatological and medical conditions related to the skin, hair, and dental health of our patients. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in providing slimming and weight management advice to patients seeking to achieve their wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Dermatological Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their skin and hair concerns. Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for various dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and skin aging.

Dermatological Procedures: Perform a wide range of dermatological procedures, including but not limited to skin biopsies, chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and hair transplantation.

Dental Consultations (Optional): If qualified as a dentist, provide dental consultations and treatments such as dental check-ups, fillings, teeth whitening, and basic dental surgeries.

Slimming and Weight Management: Offer personalized weight loss and slimming advice to patients. Design and monitor effective weight management programs based on individual needs and health conditions.

Cosmetic Procedures: Administer cosmetic procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments (if permitted by local regulations and within your qualifications).

Patient Care: Ensure compassionate and patient-centered care throughout the treatment process. Address patient concerns, provide emotional support, and maintain effective communication.

Medical Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and progress.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other medical professionals and specialists within the clinic to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and weight management techniques through attending conferences, workshops, and self-directed learning.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to clinic protocols, medical guidelines, and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment for both patients and staff.

**Requirements**:
Medical Qualification: A valid medical degree from a recognized medical school is essential. Additional specialization in dermatology and/or dentistry is required.

License: Possess an active medical license to practice as a doctor and dermatologist (and dentist, if applicable) in the jurisdiction where the clinic is located.

Experience: Prior experience in dermatology, hair treatments, dental procedures (if applicable), and slimming/weight management is preferred. However, enthusiastic and capable fresh graduates will also be considered.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.

Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.

Procedural Skills: Proficiency in performing various dermatological procedures and relevant dental treatments (if applicable).

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when diagnosing conditions and creating treatment plans.

Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards and patient confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹24,006.72 - ₹125,120.76 per month
