**Job Title: Associate Dermatologist/ Consultant Dermatologist**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Independently evaluate patients, offer treatment, and provide counselling regarding their condition.
- Conduct OPD consultations and address patient queries through phone, messages, or in-person interactions.
- Perform various dermatological procedures including chemical peels, lasers, electrocautery, skin biopsies, basic dermatosurgeries, PRP etc.
- Help with clinic’s social media page.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and assist with writing papers & publications.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MBBS followed by a postgraduate degree in dermatology (MD, DNB, DDVL/DVD)
- (Please Note: This is the minimum qualification criteria for the position. Anyone not meeting the criteria should not apply).
- Prior experience after post-graduation is preferred.**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient in conducting individual patient assessments and providing treatments, including various procedures.
- Confidence and expertise in performing dermatological procedures.

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Working Hours and Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- Shifts: 9 hours shift
- One weekly off (on a weekday only, as weekends are working)
- Fixed schedule attempts will be made

Certifications/Licenses: Must be registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council as a dermatologist.
(In case registered with another state medical council - would be expected to register with MMC within a month)

**Location**:Derma MD Clinics, c/o Dr. Vaidya's Specialty Clinics, Vaidya Bungalow, Ground Floor, At Malhar Signal, MG Road, Naupada, Thane 400602. (For initial training)
Later would be posted at Hiranandani Estate, Thane.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff members.

Team Structure: Work independently with occasional assistance to the chief dermatologist during procedures.

Compensation: Starting from 50,000 INR per month, depending on experience.

(Expected Average monthly salary would be 1 Lac including Incentives)
