Job Summary: To lead project teams and ensure delivery excellence

**Job Responsibility**:

- Lead and manage internal and external development resources for assigned projects.
- Manage the scrum process; facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews; eliminate roadblocks for the team
- Coaching team members to higher levels of maturity
- Supporting the Product Owner, especially in refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

**Specification / Skills / Experience**:
**Primary skills (Must have)**:

- Project management experience with demonstrated Scrum Master experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, standards and best practices
- Knowledge about user stories, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity etc.;
- Ability to work in teams and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands on Software Development experience

**Secondary skills (Nice to have)**:

- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- Knowledge of other agile methodology and frameworks like Kanban, XP, etc.
- Knowledge of one or more Programming Languages - C#, Java, PHP, Swift
- Knowledge of Cloud Environments - AWS or Google Cloud

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
