**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**:

- Oversee daily operations on alibaba,ebay,inidamart etc
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO and sales conversions.
- **Inventory and Order Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are available for order.
- Process and fulfill orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Ensure that inventory levels are consistently updated across platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
- **Listing Optimization**:

- Create and optimize product listings to improve ranking, visibility, and sales on ecommerce sites
- Write engaging, keyword-rich product descriptions and titles.
- Use data-driven strategies to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and other listing attributes.
- **Pricing & Promotions**:

- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Analyze competitors and adjust pricing or discounts as needed to remain competitive.
- Manage promotional events like Amazon Prime Day, Flipkart Big Billion Days, and other site-wide sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Address order issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer reviews.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends to stay updated and find growth opportunities.
- Propose new product ideas or improvements based on market demand and customer feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
