QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree and should be familiar with MS Office - 0 - 1 years of experience in Customer Success Management/telemarketing or any related field - Proven working experience in providing customer service support with proficiency in English and Malayalam - Great interpersonal skills. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. - Advanced troubleshooting skills & ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. - Outstanding problem-solving skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Hard-working individual with good time management abilities. - Strong decision-making skills. - Ability to tolerate stress and pressure. - Experience in use of Social Media Platforms - Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques - Strong client-facing and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
