Role: Finance Executive

Experience: 4-5yrs

No. of Position: 1

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collect & Account timesheets from Employees.
- Verify the timesheets and Invoicing Cycle including bill rates.
- Monitor & identifying irregularities in timesheets and report the discrepancies (change in consultant projects & employee database)
- Calculate total hours and assist in raising the Invoice.
- Prepare financial reports (time sheet tracker & productivity report) and evaluating them to optimize resources.
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions (for India entity)
- Assist the Finance team in AR follow-ups and prepare Payables as per the policy.
- Monitor bank deposits and payments, BRS & credit card reconciliations etc.
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
- Complete and file all the statutory requirements for India Entity in timely manner.

 

Functional Area:  Timesheet reconciliation, Payroll, US accounting & India Statutory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Accounting, Finance with 4 - 5 years of experience, flexible to work hours & good attitude.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills for interactions with all levels of management, staff and outside the org.
- Ensure compliance by following policies and procedures.

 

Desired:

- Assist in the resolution of purchasing enquiries across the organisation.
- Provide strategic support to the procurement function.
- Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, problem-solving, skills.
- Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, and maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional outside service or within.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
