We are seeking a versatile and creative Home Decor Stylist & Visual Merchandiser to join our team. This dual-role position combines styling expertise with visual merchandising to enhance our showroom’s appeal and drive sales.

**Job Overview**:
As a Home Decor Stylist & Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for styling home decor elements for clients and managing the visual presentation of our showroom. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to create an engaging shopping environment that aligns with our brand and attracts customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Styling and Client Consultation:_
- **Client Interaction**: Provide personalized styling advice to clients both in-store and virtually, understanding their preferences and offering tailored solutions.
- **Design Solutions**: Develop and present design concepts, including furniture arrangement, color schemes, and accessory coordination.
- **Space Planning**: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing design layouts for client spaces.
- **Product Recommendations**: Curate product selections that meet client needs and align with current design trends.
- Visual Merchandising:_
- **Showroom Displays**: Design and implement visually appealing showroom displays that highlight key products and seasonal collections.
- **Merchandise Arrangement**: Organize and arrange products to create an inviting and engaging shopping experience.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that visual displays reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the showroom’s overall aesthetic.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock for displays and customer needs.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for visual merchandising that drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- General Responsibilities:_
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and emerging design styles to keep the showroom fresh and relevant.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have regarding products or styling advice.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing showroom events or promotions to attract and engage customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive styling and merchandising efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Art, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home decor styling, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong visual and creative skills with a thorough understanding of design principles and trends. Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and visual merchandising techniques.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- **Customer-Focused**: Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating positive shopping experiences.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
