The Stylist’s role focuses on supporting our Fashion Consultants and Sales Team by providing clients with fashion and styling guidance. The Stylist will also play a crucial role in brand content creation, collaborating with the Social Media team, assisting with photoshoots, and developing daily styling concepts around our product line.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- Client Styling and Sales Support:
Assist Fashion Consultants and the Sales Team in converting clients by providing personalised styling tips and up-to-date fashion insights.
- supporting Sales Team for Visual Merchandise and Store Presentation:
Plan and support the sales team at store in enhancing the visual merchandising at the store, ensuring the layout aligns with brand standards and reflects current trends to enhance the in-store experience.
- Content Support for Brand:
Collaborate with the Social Media team to create styling content, daily ideas, and inspirations related to LoveSummer’s product line.

Conduct trend research and provide styling inputs for photoshoots, supporting content creation and brand storytelling.
- Event Coordination and Partnerships:

- Coordinate in-store events and brand collaborations with partners such as makeup artists, wedding planners, and jewelry brands to enhance store footfall and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage partnerships to build the brand’s network within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other Stylists for sourcing and ensure a cohesive styling direction in all brand activities.
- Styling and Trend Research:
Daily Research on fashion trends and competitors to keep styling concepts relevant and fresh.
- Develop ideas that align the brand’s product line with current trends, both for in-store styling and social media content.

Additional KRAs:

- Maintain styling props and supplies in an organized manner.
- Support seasonal campaigns, new collection announcements.
- Provide regular reports to management on styling activities and any feedback from clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
